G324 advanced portfolio in media brief 1;
A promotion package for the release of an album, to include a promo video, together with two ancillary tasks: a digipak for the album's release and a magazine advertisement for the digipak.
When I read the brief my initial ideas were to film a fast-paced, colourful, energetic pop video. However, after discussions and mutual agreements with Alisha, we decided on filming an indie rock genre as we feel that maybe a slower song will allow us to longer shot lengths and show our understanding of different shot angles used within modern music videos and what affect this has on the audience.
